Earle University is the name given to our constantly expanding curriculum of in-house training and development programs, which provide ongoing educational opportunities for all employees. Our foremen and supervisors undergo comprehensive training in all areas related to performance management, including goal setting, effective communication, time management, coaching, problem-solving, decision making, and delegation.
Earle takes pride in giving our existing personnel opportunities for advancement with an “inside-first” approach to promotion. We have established a High Potential program for our most deserving and promising employees. As part of this program, these individuals are assigned mentors to provide them with one-to-one coaching and training to prepare them for success in future leadership roles.
