Veterans Initiative

Earle has been working in partnership with Bridging The Gap, an organization which enables military veterans the ability to have a successful military-to-civilian career transition by engaging veteran-friendly corporations.

In association with Bridging The Gap, Earle participated in Military Veteran Career networking events which provide one-on-one experiences, enabling candidates to meet employers and share their career knowledge, skills, and abilities. Earle also hosts career fairs for military veterans through our Earle Veteran Academy Initiative. We have been successful in employment opportunities.

Through our collaborated efforts and veteran support initiatives, Earle was recently awarded the New Jersey Governors We Value Our Community award as an employer that exemplifies a passion to support the military community. Earle is proud and honored to have received this very prestigious award in a special ceremony held at the New Jersey War Memorial in November 2019.

It has been truly an honor and privilege to partner with Earle supporting their military veteran initiatives. The executive leadership and hiring managers are motivated to hire from the military community, engage in veteran community outreach programs, and lean forward in establishing veteran apprenticeship opportunities. Earle is an outstanding Veteran Friendly Corporation who leads from the front setting the standard for being a Patriotic Employer.
